About BridgeFront
We are a small, mandate-led team — not a research shop. Every engagement is anchored by a defined transaction, raise, or entry strategy, and by a client relationship we intend to keep.
Our Story
Nigeria and the wider region are full of capital looking for the right deal, and deals looking for the right capital — the two rarely find each other without someone engineering the crossing. That is the gap BridgeFront was built to close: the firm sits at the front of that bridge, structuring the transaction on one side and the capital or partner on the other, and staying on until both sides are anchored to a signed outcome.
We work across transaction advisory, capital raising, and market entry — three disciplines that, in practice, are rarely separable. A raise needs the right structure. A market entry needs the right capital partner. We built one firm to hold all three together.
Mission & Vision
Mission — To structure and facilitate transactions that connect global and domestic capital to real, executable opportunity across Nigeria and the wider African corridor.
Vision — To be the advisory principals call first when a mandate needs both technical rigour and the relationships to actually close it.
How We Operate
We do the structural and commercial homework before we make an introduction, not after.
Mandates are confidential by default. We work under signed NCNDAs and disclose only what a mandate requires.
If we don't believe we can deliver on a mandate, we say so before a fee is discussed — and point you elsewhere.
We measure ourselves on signed agreements, funded raises, and operating market entries — not activity.
Who We Work With
We are selective about engagements. BridgeFront is built for founders, corporates, and international principals who already know what they are trying to build, raise, or enter — and need the structure and relationships to get there.
A
Nigerian and regional businesses raising capital or structuring a transaction.
B
Private equity, family offices, and development finance seeking vetted, structured deal flow.
